PROBLEM
Yuka’s current app lacks personalization for individual needs, resulting in a more difficult and time consuming experience.
SOLUTION
We designed Yuka with a playful and approachable look, integrating characters to support users on their health journey.
USER EVALUATION
We evaluated the app's user experience and identified issues such as limited product search, unclear categories, and lack of personalization.
FEATURE 01
YUKA PROFILES
DESCRIPTION
Users complete a survey during onboarding, personalizing product pages and blacklisting unsuitable items for a tailored experience and recommendations.
ONBOARDING
When going through the onboarding process, users have the option to input their customized date.
BLACKLIST
Items with unsuitable ingredients will be blacklisted based on the survey.
Suggestions for products that meet the user’s needs will be provided.

DESCRIPTION
Evaluate skin type, texture, hydration and concerns like acne or wrinkles for tailored skincare product recommendations.
